REGISTRATION DEADLINE: September 1, 2026
This deadline is important to allow time to recruit coaches and form teams.
NON-COMPETITIVE PLAY
Rec soccer is designed to teach players soccer skills, teamwork and sportsmanship in an environment where participation and fun are the focus, not competition. We are working on scheduling scrimmages with neighboring towns so there may be a bit of travel, but it will not be far.
FALL REC SEASON
September 9 thru October 7, 2026
Mondays and Wednesdays | 5:30-6:30 PM
Location: MLC Soccer Complex
Weather Permitting
EQUIPMENT
Your player should bring the following items to each practice:
- Shin Guards (REQUIRED!)
- Cleats are encouraged, but not required (no sandals)
- Soccer Ball (Size 3)
- Water Bottle
- Sunscreen
- Bug Spray
- Dress appropriately for the weather - some nights get chilly!
VOLUNTEER HOURS
Volunteer hours are not required for Fall Soccer. There will be opportunities to volunteer if you still need hours from the spring/summer season. Click HERE for additional volunteer information.
RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS
We are grateful that Martin Luther College allows us to use their space. Remember, the soccer complex is located in a residential area. Please park in designated areas only, do not block driveways or fire hydrants, be mindful of your speed, stay off private property and clean up your trash.
PETS
We know how much your pets love to watch you play, but for the safety of all, we kindly ask that you do not bring them along to soccer practice.
COMPETITIVE PLAYER FALL 2026 U8-U13
REGISTRATION FEE: $100

FALL COMPETITIVE SEASON
- Practices will be scheduled and communicated by your coach or team parent
- Games are scheduled for Saturdays & Sundays in September and October
- If needed, due to registration numbers, a fall tryout date will be scheduled
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: June 30, 2026
A $50 late fee will apply after June 30, registrants will be added to a waitlist, and placement will depend on availability of teams and coaches. This deadline is important to allow time to recruit coaches, form teams, schedule referees and order uniforms.
The registration fee also covers SMSL registration, referee costs for games and maintenance of fields.
