FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE 

The United Way of the Brown County Area offers Youth Activities Scholarships each year. The scholarships are designed to help families with activity and equipment fees, up to $200 per year per player. A separate form needs to be completed for each player. Please complete the form and mail it, along with required income documents, to:
